Elizabeth Clark papers, 1957-1976.

Correspondence, memoranda, newsletters, clippings, minutes, reports, maps, and other papers, primarily detailing Clark's efforts to preserve the residential character of St. Anthony Park in the face of plans by the city of St. Paul to convert part of it into an industrial area. In 1969, she and others organized the South St. Anthony Park Association, which, working through St. Paul's Project Area Committee program and Housing and Redevelopment Authority, was responsible for the construction of new apartment housing in the area, a recreation center, and rehabilitation of older homes.
